The Family School

The Family School provides personalized academic and artistic programs that establish a strong educational foundation and inspire a love of learning.  Our dedicated and experienced faculty offers an engaging, developmentally appropriate curriculum that emphasizes hands-on, process-oriented learning.  Specialists in art, music, drama, and physical education offer every child a chance to discover and develop individual interests and talents.  Small classes enable close support for the emotional and social growth of our students.   Our location in the beautiful Santa Ynez Valley, between an organic garden and a 2,000 acre conservation easement, supports our award-winning environmental education focus.  We honor and protect the childhood of our students.
